Minuteman Security Technologies, a leading provider of security technology solutions, announced that they have acquired a leading Tampa, Florida systems integration in Skynet Integrations LLC.
The acquisition will elevate Minuteman to the largest independent full-service provider of integrated security systems. Skynet has focused on access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems with integration in government and commercial markets. Recently, Skynet was awarded 2018’s and 2019’s Security Business Fast 50 list of America’s fastest growing security dealers and systems integrators.
