As Milestone gears up for further growth, an important focus point for the organization is on how to retain a strong culture while developing a workplace fit for the future. To drive this framework, which involves enabling an empowered and accountable organization, Jesper Sylvest Sørensen has been promoted to VP for Organizational Development. He comes from a position as Director of Organizational Transformation.
“I’m excited to welcome Jesper into his new role as VP for Organizational Development. Jesper is driven by a passion for building organisational capabilities that make a difference. For the past two years, Jesper has made a strong contribution to designing Milestone as a workplace of the future and he has been instrumental in implementing our new empowerment framework,” says Simon Thule Viggers, Chief People and Culture Officer.
He continues, “Jesper has proven himself a dedicated and inspirational leader and team member at Milestone, and that’s why I’m happy to announce his well-deserved promotion.”
Jesper Sylvest Sørensen joined Milestone in May 2020 and has since established himself as a respected part of the leadership group.
