TAMPA, Fla. — DOW Technologies, an independently owned technology distributor, announces the acquisition of Montgomeryville, Pa.-based Tech Source Distributors.
DOW has acquired certain assets for undisclosed terms and will continue to operate out of the current Tech Source location.
The acquisition brings new customers and new vendors to DOW, while strengthening its position in the Mid-Atlantic territory, according to the announcement.
