Addsecure is acquiring Lund’s Programarkitekter AB, or LPA, a company that develops and sells IT systems. With LPA’s advanced software services specially adapted to the needs of rescue services, both when it comes to operational and administrative work, Addsecure complements its offering within the Smart Rescue business unit and broadens its portfolio to the Swedish rescue services and municipalities.
“Lund’s Programarkitekter and their business fits in very well with Addsecure as many of our existing Smart Rescue customers use their services. Through the acquisition, we will continue in accordance with our strategy and strengthen both our offering and our expertise in software services. We look forward to working with Mats Hessman and his team”, says Stefan Albertsson, CEO of Addsecure.
“With Addsecure as owner, we become part of a larger, expansive company and gain access to an organisation that can support and develop the company and staff further. Customers will benefit by having access to complementary solutions and expertise, says Mats Hessman, CEO of Lund’s Programarkitekter.
Mats Hessman and the rest of the LPA team will continue in their current positions.
Software services to solve customer challenges
LPA’s software services are tailored to the rescue service’s needs in operational and administrative work and are developed in close collaboration with customers. An important advantage of the unique services is that they solve all regulatory challenges customers may face related to administration and planning within the rescue service. In addition, all necessary information is in place when needed and fewer manual actions are required.
In addition to basic functionality such as case management, personnel and finances, there are smart functions such as driving support, navigation, mobile reporting, checklists and templates.
LPA was founded in 1989 and has since its establishment developed its services in close collaboration with the rescue services and therefore possess expert knowledge in the field.
