Account Executive Opportunity
Mackenzie Ryan is searching for an innovative, yet pragmatic person to jump headfirst into a dual business development and recruiting role as an Account Executive. The goal is to establish and/or build upon a full desk; with chief responsibility being the generation of and subsequent delivery on new business within an established vertical. Our “product” as a recruiting firm is human capital, so you will undoubtedly need to love working with and around people, a lot. You will also be spending quite a bit of time on the phone (so hopefully you enjoy it!).
On top of that, our compensation plan is truly uncapped (salary plus commission), and our top performers earn in excess of $250,000.00 annually. Would you enjoy company-paid vacations? Our top earners have been to Hawaii, Punta Cana, and the Bahamas for rewards trips over the past couple of years.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years of Recruiting or Sales expertise in an inside or outside sales environment is highly attractive.
- A Bachelor’s Degree also highly attractive, but certainly not required
